Timothy Meade is the Vice President of Operations at RECON.
Tim's primary responsibility is ensuring all projects have the necessary management and field resources for safe and successful execution and that every project is delivered without injury, impact to the environment, on schedule, under budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Tim has more than 30 years of experience from the field craft level through all levels of project management on a wide array of projects, both small and large, with an emphasis on civil construction, environmental remediation, soil stabilization, and plant operations and maintenance. Since joining RECON in 2005, he has successfully managed and overseen hundreds of projects and has been a critical contributor to the growth and expansion of RECON. Tim's list of responsibilities has spanned safety, estimating and proposals, business development, project controls, project management, quality control, and client satisfaction. His industry experience includes oil, gas, and chemical for many Fortune 500 companies and federal, state, and local governments.
